Hi,
Take two... Here is another rendition; I tried to add more dynamics.
Enjoy and thanks for listening.

As an expert of Sor's music and the classic genre I would like to say.... Who am I kidding...

I enjoyed the study. You have the notes down, rhythm down.. I would venture out on a limb and start adding some tasty inflections; of course, I'm not looking at the score but certainly there is room in the piece for some piano and forte moments.

Carry on...
Matt

Hi, Dennis:

I think you did a nice job with this study. The tempo was well-chosen, the playing was clean and the tone was full and clear. I liked the way you ended the piece very much.

I agree with Matt that just a bit more dynamic level variation and, perhaps, a slight bit of rubato--consistent with Sor's classical style-- would add some more interest to the piece.

Cheers,

:guitare:

Nice job, Taco. One of my favorites as well but I don't do as well on the flurry of notes toward teh end.

Great job, tocapuro! Your subtle mixture of varied dynamics, rolled vs block chords, some detache (bar19, for example) makes this study come alive. The basic classical restraint and clarity of form are there, but so is warmth and grace. :bravo:

Many thanks for the submission tocapuro. Great playing & I now have an example to follow as I'm just about to commence learning this study myself.
