Lesson 6

Part 1

Missing time signature.
Time1.jpg
Time2.jpg
Part 2

Measure 5 last beat missing a left finger indication -3-
Finger3.jpg
Finger4.jpg
Part 3

Measure 15 first beat, there is a wrong left hand finger indication -3-, probably a typo here since throughout the lesson the fingering has been kept like in the original 4 -2 -1 -2
Wrong5.jpg
Wrong6.jpg
Part 4

Same measure as above (15) last beat, there is a missing left hand finger indication -1-

Lesson 7

Only one issue in this lesson and it is most certainly an ommission since everything else in that lesson is exactly like the original.

There are missing left hand finger indications 1 -1 -4 -1 in measure 6 on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th notes.

Lesson 8

Part 1

I'm jumping a few measures ahead here (focusing on general markings before looking at the details)...

Missing a tempo marking (Con Fuoco) in measure 11
Tempo1.jpg
Tempo2.jpg
Part 2

Same issue as reported in lesson 5 regarding the fonts being smaller than others...

I notice that they are associated with every ligatured 16th notes in this lesson Meas 1-2-3-4-5-7 etc...

Wonder if that can be fixed in Finale?

* Not finished proof reading this lesson will pick up Monday at the latest.

Cheers!

Denis

Lesson 8 cont.

Part 3

This is nitpicking really... First beat measure 8 two of the left finger indications ( 4 & 2) would need shifting to the lower line.
Nitpicking.jpg
Part 4

Measure 13 first beat, different left hand fingering that goes with a more important note difference. On the original we have a bass D, in the copy we have an F instead. Once back home I'll play through the passage to hear if it was an error on the original.

Edit... Disregard although I'm not expert in harmony the F looks like it's the right one as we do have it in the bass elsewhere in the lesson at the lower octave. The fingering on the copy fits the F perfectly :)
D1.jpg
D2.jpg
Part 5

Measure 15 first beat there is a wrong string indication, lower D is played on string 5.
wrong1.jpg
wrong2.jpg
Part 6

Measure 15 second beat there is a wrong left hand finger indication, should be -1- instead of -3-

Lesson 9

Part 1

Measure 9 and 10 first beat, there are two extra dots on the middle voice quarter notes.
Dot2.jpg
dot3.jpg
Dot1.jpg
Part 2

Measure 13 second beat missing left hand finger indications -1-2- right hand -i- and string (3)
Missing1.jpg
Missing2.jpg
Part 3

Last chord. Missing a right hand indication -p- at the top as in the original, a subtle way of expressing that you have to do the rasguedo with your thumb as specified in the text  (I do read Spanish a bit :) )

Lesson 10

Part 1

Measure 6 missing string indication (3) & (2) on first beat.
Suggestion, shift the ones that are already there to the left of the measure, no need repeating like in the original they are the same notes.
Shift1.jpg
Shift2.jpg
Part 2

Measure 7 first beat of the second triplet missing a right hand finger indication -a-
Right1.jpg
Right2.jpg
Part 3

Measure 7 & 8 the second position marker (II) should carry over to the first beat in measure 8

Also notice the missing -m- right hand finger indication on first beat of measure 10 adding the string indication(3) would also help.
Position5.jpg
Position6.jpg
Part 4

Measure 11 second beat last note of the triplet there is a missing -m- right finger indication.

Lesson 12

Part 1

Measure 2 last beat missing a string indication (3)
indication1.jpg
indication2.jpg
Part 2

Measure 3-4 suggest moving the string indication (4) from meas. 4 to 3, makes it easier to read, original was not better it doubled the information but one measure too late.
String3.jpg
String4.jpg
Part 3

Again that tiny font issue mentioned in other lessons on that appogiature in the first beat.

If nothing can be done in Finale I'll stop reporting on that issue?
Tiny5.jpg
Part 4

Measure 6 second beat missing a right hand indication -a-
finger6.jpg
finger7.jpg
Part 5

Measure 20 second beat there are two errors in the string indications:

1. String (2) should be associated with the previous note E;
2. The A is missing its string indication (4).

Lesson 13

Part 1

Measure 7 we have missing 2 x (4) 1 (5) and conflicting (3) instead of (5) string indications in that measure...

I am a bit at a lost here without my guitar to try it out...

I'll give it a try and report back.
Missing1.jpg
Missing2.jpg
EDIT OK got it!

Firstly (3) is definitely wrong it is (5)

Secondly that (4) indication on the first beat on the G note is important

Thirdly also missing, the left hand finger indication -1- in the last beat over the F which is also important we are moving back :)

Part 2

Measure 8 first series of eight notes missing the (0) open string indication.
First3.jpg
First4.jpg
Part 3

Measure 11 third beat, wrong (5) instead of (6) string indication.
While at it the (2) string indication is missing on the A in the last beat.
String5.jpg
String6.jpg
Part 4

Measure 14 two issues, firstly missing left hand finger indication in the second beat -3- & -2-; secondly suggest moving the (3) string indication from the copy to the original's position.

Part 6

Measure 18 second beat missing open string indications (0)

Part 7

Again that tiny font issue mentioned in other lessons on the appogiatures in measures 21 & 22 3rd beat.
Appo13.jpg
Appo14.jpg
Part 8

Measure 23 last beat there is a missing string indication (2) that would help reading leading to the next measure.

*The string indication is also missing earlier in the measure but is not an issue there.

Lesson 13 other issue

Part 9

I had taken note to try that passage on the guitar...

Backtracking to Measure 4 that sixteenth note arpeggio would be easier to read with open string indications for the B & G we are moving from the 7th position back to first. We have it for B in the original.

* For added clarity I suggest adding the (4) string indication on the following E

Lesson 14

Part 1

Same issue with small fonts on all sixteenth notes quadruplets throughout.
issue1.jpg
Part 2

Possible error in the original? Will have to try it on guitar and report back.

Measure 8 last note of third beat, the E is set back to natural in the original, not in the copy.

EDIT should have been more attentive the open string "0" means the same thing  no error here :)

Natural3.jpg
That's all I could find in that lesson...

Lesson 15

Part 1

Measure 2-3 the legato symbol is missing between the E and the F.
Legato1.jpg
Legato2.jpg
Part 2

Measure 4 first beat, the left hand indication -2- is missing.
LH3.jpg
LH4.jpg
Part 3

The C on the second beat is set back to natural, it is not in the original and looking at the LH finger indication it is showing we are playing a sharp. I'll double check how it sounds on guitar.

Natural5.jpg
Natural6.jpg
Part 4

The harmonic symbol could be used on last beat?
