Which link sent me searching follow-ups upon the wikipedia

https://web.archive.org/web/20080528201 ... acgreg.htm

meanwhile the props dept. are debating whether a canoe should be blue (it rhymes),
or pea-green (poetic precedent, but non-rhyming) - no can do any canoe scene before
this issue is settled...

for now we have the proper dates, arriving someplace else à la plage, engaging with the wrong caballeros

What a character that John MacGregor! Six foot six and larger than life. Shouldn’t be surprised if aspects of his adventures become referenced in your art Martin.

Meanwhile I do hope our cavalier caballeros emerge unscathed from their jelly jaunt.

And moving swiftly along...
(whilst awaiting a someways witty response to the 'Alborada Arabica variant' to appear in me noggin)

it was plain to see that the Sheriff's instinctive-response-rope-trick, though catching the target
(Mister Quickshotty), it had done so somewhat awkwardly... with unintended consequences -
+ a bit of hymn singing

So much here. Great double meanings, especially “cover up” and references to compensation mentality and prisoners dying while escaping.

Great to see this back! Thanks Martin.
