Hi again montana,

I saw the S&H would exceed Ciebels' price if you would ship it to midwest for example.

Now what about this: There are many decent cases on Alibaba directly from PRC. Then you can set up a sort of "group buy" thread to get them in a larger lot to save some.

Supposedly the minimum lot goes for $80 ea. So and so, if you have minimum 12 guitarists wanting to get one in your area, then that would save some hundreds each.

Just an idea.

I've been very impressed with my visesnut. It's light, the ability to adjust the interior on the fly is handy (especially since I have both a torres-styled guitar and 2 full-bodied classicals). The design is sleek, the latches rotate instead of flip, so your case won't open up on you, and they won't impale your guitar when you shut it.

Hi,
First flight with 90EUR Ciebles to London.

Absolutely no issue with checked in hauling, with usual wear and tear that did nothing but only adding some taste to it.

Again I was asked to go & drop my guitar at "Oversize & Irregular Counter".

Visesnut: well made, sturdy, good locks. Draw backs - accessories box has soft cover so not suitable for things like capos etc which might end up escaping out of the accessories box. Expensive.
Has this actually happened? I store my capo, tuner, allen wrench (for the tross rod) and file in the compartment and not one thing has escaped. It's soft, but it's also quite snug. Plus it's got a guitar neck holding it down.

Hello,
The second leg with 90EUR Ciebles, to Andalucia.

It was bought from Spain so the case and the flamenco guitar inside made it back home safe.

There is however one thing I have noticed: The strap buckles easily allow straps to slip, getting longer as you walk, so I'll get two pins to hold them in place.

Otherwise I am very pleased with a very affordable yet robust case that looks quite good.

The concerned hardware on the surface of the case does not have any issue and sturdy.

Just to update after 1/2 years or so.

Cheers,
