The 2 lines of smaller characters is a bit hard for me to read, I can only make out
"made by Terada” first name is unclear (寺田 X 修作品)
"Morena special selection" No. something hundred (モレナ特選 X 百号)

X = characters that I can't read clearly

The first two words "寺田"="Terada", I think means made by 株式会社寺田楽器(Terada Musical Instrument Co. Ltd.)
the other 4 words "鑑修作品" means "product made under the supervision of"

X 百号

The X is the abbreviation for 第.
