I discovered Mertz recently with his Elegie and the Hungarian Fantasy, now I like very much your rendition of this Schubert transcription. :bravo:

Thanks for sharing your interpretation. It's a beautiful, romantic piece. I didn't know Mertz had done this sort of arranging.
