All right, sir - here's a clip from my practice session last night playing this piece with the slides. There are two whole recordings of this little piece here: the first one has a soft finish and the second one has a bit more umph in that last chord. The challenge with these slides is to make them right on pitch and to do it soft so as to not make too much fretboard noise but firm so that the actual notes can be heard. And that second-to-the-last slide is actually covering 9 frets so the challenge with that one is to not burn the tip of the LH pinky off (which I nearly did after much pratcice lol).RobMacKillop wrote: ↑Tue Jul 10, 2018 2:58 pmBeautiful sound, of course, as you always have, but for the love of all that is good in the world, restore the glissandi!!
