Of course, I used the Diana Poulton edition, which is the collected edition of all Dowland works, it's P73 in that book. Hildegard Ruhe did a transcription of all of the Fantasias which I used to use, but I'm not sure that it is in print anymore. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
