Magli, Daniele - Lunar Studies - Video Live

Post by Daniele Magli » Sat Apr 06, 2019 1:19 pm

Hello,

"July 20, 2019 marks the 50th anniversary of
the first humans landing on the Moon
on July 20, 1969 as part of NASA's Apollo 11 lunar mission."

so here I'm with my Lunar Studies

from my YouTube page ( please subscribe thank you !)

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCbUWtO ... SZ2Q3Yg1PQ

Armstrong Moon is an arpeggio ( with 6th string in D ) dedicated to Neil Armstrong

Apollo 11 is a piece played with plectrum thumb technique ( I used also in my piece " Solaris " )

Sea of Tranquility is a TREMOLO classical guitar piece , maybe the best tremolo I composed

Thank you very if you play my compositions

These sounded great! I love the lunar theme. They all seemed well suited songs for space exploration :) I enjoyed the unique thumb technique in Apollo 11, that's a technique I've never used myself actually. Thanks for sharing these.

Thank you very much,
I hope the Lunar Studies will be nice even for the hundred years from the Apollo mission!

I have patented the Apollo 11 technique ,
it is similar to the flamenco technique alzapua but with some difference : it's the Magli Thumb ! :)

I also used this special thumb technique in another composition of mine , Solaris ( from my " Sci-Fi Studies" )
