Wonderful performance Matthew. I enjoyed your playing very much and would love to catch one of your recitals sometime. Beautiful tones and a great location for recording. Thank you for posting. :bravo:

:merci: :bravo: Great performance, Matthew. Most guitarists play the Allegro Solemne rushed. Your version sounds very natural. :bye:

Glad you are all enjoying it. Lovely church to record in, a bit cold as it was recorded in January this year, in Scotland!

Good observation Erik, I used to play it faster but it looses the solemn quality.

Very nice Matthew. You played the Michael Richie right? Sounds wonderful. Where is your Kwakkel?

Beautiful performance. It's great to hear the Allegro played with a little less "urgency".
Thank you!

Hi Matthew,
Your rendition is truly marvelous. You do give us a different approach to so many lovely passages. As Erik pointed out it's more relaxed which makes it much more powerful. Thank you for sharing this.

I just discovered you and your wife will be in San Luis Obispo, California for the La Guitarra Festival in the Fall. I will definitely see you there! :D

All the best :bye:
