I would like to congratulate the students and express my gratitude to Jean-François Delcamp, all our very helpful and friendly moderators and the jury!
I wonder if it would be possible to get personal assessment of the exam work. I would like to know what my mistakes were so as to work on them and eliminate in the future.
You could always ask your fellow students for any comments or advice too. There are also some very helpful members of the forum who drop into several levels of the lesssons and offer some advice. I've had a quick look at some of the exam submissions; looking at yours and some of those that were given the highest mark. The differences are quite subtle, but I noticed that you kept your right hand in the same position, whereas some others varied the position to give a different tone in the repeat. I think the other very minor differences will be down to just how musical the pieces sound. It is a relatively simple piece, but if you imagine singing it as musically as you can, then you want to aim for that. Your left hand fingers look a little bit flat over the fingerboard, rather than arched, but I'm no expert and I'm not sure that would make a difference to your grade, particularly at D01. I hope that helps a little.
