[PDF] Bach, J. S./Struck, Kai - BWV 0996 Bourree (Swing)

Post by musikai » Tue Nov 02, 2010 6:51 pm

Hello,

Here is a special version of the Bourree inspired by Jethro Tull. Nothing for Bach purists. Don't play it too slow because it needs some flow :-)
Sure, the original Bach is the best, but for those who have played the Bourree a 1000 times it's perhaps also nice to play it in a different manner this time. I think everybody can gain something especially from the walking bass that will give also a new understanding of the bass of the original version (or train the ears).

--added straight notated version and changed some bass notes
