For Giuliani the opus number should be 3 digits (op.048) and for Bach the BWV number should be 4 digits (BWV 0820).

Was there a reason for leaving the Lydian and Locrian modes out? I'm just curious because these modes are used quite extensively in Jazz. Are they less common in classical guitar peices?

lydian and locrian are contained in the scale boxes above. Being as they're only really five positions of scales, it seems redundant to post two more scale boxes with different root notes.
