Schubert, Franz - Kupelwieser Walzer - Video

Post by sniggl » Tue Mar 09, 2010 8:36 am

Hi,

this is my arrangement of the Kupelwieser Walzer by F. Schubert. This waltz was never written down by Schubert. It was only passed on by ear.
Its easy to play , but as always I can not play anything without plenty of mistakes.
But I hope you can hear that it is a most wonderful melody.

Good morning Stefan,

Thank you very much for this lovely recording—and for the score. I do not think I have heard this before and it is very pleasing,

Best wishes, V :D :merci:

Thank you Vesuvio, I am happy you liked it. :-)
On Youtube there are some very nice versions ( Richard Strauss transcription) of this waltz.
