Greetings from Nottingham

Post by cgscott » Fri Jan 06, 2017 4:22 pm

Hi everyone!

I'm Scott, I'm currently studying my masters degree in Chemistry in Nottingham, and I love playing the instrument in my spare time! I've been playing the CG on and off for around 9 years, and I'm just beginning to get serious about it after never having lessons or reading music etc... I'm really looking forward to getting to know everyone here and having discussions with other people who are also passionate about the classical guitar, and getting tips and tricks from more experienced players. My passion started with Bach, Bourree in E monor was the first piece I fell in love with at aged 15, then Cavatina. At this point I decided to learn the instrument.
