Hello from Illinois, USA!

My name is Chris and I am a returning user to the forum. After a long break, I am returning to the guitar. I was formerly known on this forum as christopher berger. :)

I have had music in my life as a trumpet player during my youth, but my trumpet was stolen, ending that abruptly. I then turned to electric guitar, which I played on and off, but never truly committed. I've always had some periods of gaps in my regimen. My history as a classical player started in about 2006 or so. But, as life moves along, something always gets in the way of progress.

As I've said, I have been a member of this forum in the past but I am no longer able to sign in as my old name. So, I've created a new one! I have enjoyed this forum and it has been very helpful to me.

Thanks for this forum!
