Hello from Chicago

Post by etorgerson » Sun May 28, 2017 9:39 pm

My name is Ed and I am an amateur classical chamber and orchestral musician who doubles on violin, viola, double bass, bass guitar, and mandolin. I have a degree in music composition, have been a commercial music production assistant, and recording engineer in major studios in Chicago and LA working on evrything from commercials to platinum albums.
Over the decades, I have dabbled in classical guitar, jazz, and fusion and am looking to go deeper into classical literature for lute and guitar in both solo and chamber music.

Big welcome Ed; with your background I hope you'll feel able to contribute to quite a few discussions of those kinds of areas, and I look forward to what you may wish to discuss in classical guitar repertoire.
