Hello! Just wanted to say hi and answer the questions suggested here:

1) Do you play guitar? Yes, or at least I try to!

2) How long have you played? What is your experience? I have played for about six months. I play piano and have a good understanding of theory, sight-reading, etc., but guitar is a whole new ball game!

3) Do you take lessons? Yes

4) Did you start with another type of guitar or musical instrument, and then discover the Classical Guitar? I've been interested in classical guitar for a long time, but it's only been recently that my life circumstances are allowing time and space to learn.

5) What pieces are you currently working on? I am currently working on "Mary Hamilton" (arranged by Peter Hudson) and "Simple Gifts" (arranged by Richard Summers). I think these pieces are a little above my level and am struggling with whether I should keep playing. I'm hoping this forum will help me get some motivation!
