Good day,

I am a perpetual beginner guitar student trying to learn beginner/intermediate finger style songs via the LickNRiff web site mostly.

I have a Lucida Artista LG 715 classical guitar and a Washburn Golden Harvest six string.

I am interested initially in finding out how to remove some white milky blush from the side of my Lucida. I've seen some videos on youtube about it, but before I try anything, I need to know what kind of finish was used on my Lucidia. Can anyone here tell me?

At this time, I am struggling to learn how to quickly understand the correct left hand fingering based on what the tab tells me. reading actual music and playing is a bridge too far for me, I doubt I'll ever be able to do that...

Thanks for any info you can provide regarding the finish clear coat used on a Lucida like mine.

Hi Mike,

Welcome to the forum! If you don't get any responses here about your Lucida problem, try posting in our Luthiers section, with a suitably descriptive title, and hopefully someone there will have some ideas.

Meanwhile, please have a look at this page for some useful information to get you started, including links to the rules and helpfiles. After your second message has been approved, you will have access to all members' scores and recordings plus the first 3 levels of the Delcamp score collections. After you have posted 20 messages, you can apply for the 020 group, which will give you access to the remaining levels. Just ask if you have any questions. I look forward to seeing you around!

Best wishes,
Classical Guitar Forum.
