Hey everyone-
Delighted to find this resource! Just bought my first classical guitar since I learned to play on one almost fifty years ago. Embarrassing to admit I've forgotten what joy and beauty is found in them! Been a finger style steel string player for a long time, but am delighted to have a gig coming up that's giving me a great reason to expand and explore.
I've got questions and a ton to learn!
Glad to be here-

Hi Scott, I'm from North Idaho and the 50 years bit got me chuckling.
I joined a few days after you, any advice. I'm 61, playing from age 6.
Same for me a finger picker on steel strings and electrics and my interest
in classical has been growing and found this site.
Good luck on the upcoming gig. Nothing like a future gig to make the motivation
mouse get hungry. Peace and best wishes
