Hello from New Hope PA

Post by ggeneraux » Fri Dec 29, 2017 11:25 pm

Hello all,

Periodic lurker here - first time posting. After a long break from music due to work/kids/life, etc....and watching my 8 yr old son rapidly progress in his piano lessons, I've started to pine for playing music again and so have decided to try picking up the classical guitar. I'm starting out with self-study using Christopher Parkening's method books. Look forward to participating in the forum.

good luck with your guitar pursuits & if it's feasible try to find a good teacher. imo, it's the only way to make sure/solid progress. i'm sure you can find one in your area.
