Hello from New Zealand

Post by Peza » Mon Jan 01, 2018 7:32 pm

Hi there

I'm a guitar teacher in Auckland, New Zealand. I'm trying to develop ensembles for classical guitar and I'm searching high and low for good, interesting arrangements for my students.

I have played the guitar since I was 8 years of age and I'm now in my 40's :). Time flies! I keep coming back to classical as I love the sound, the technique, reading music, and high standard of discipline it teaches me.

I want to pass this on to students who are willing to work. I'm more of a teacher now than a player as I have limited personal time to develop personal repertoire.

Anyway, that's me for now.

Regards

Peza

HI Peza,

Welcome to the forum and greetings from across the ditch.

If you are looking for ensemble arrangements you might like to check out Australian guitarist & composer Paul Svoboda. He has a real passion for guitar ensemble and has written/arranged many ensemble pieces.

Cheers,
Paul (Melbourne, Australia)
