Greetings from Singapore

Post by Sguitarist » Thu Jan 25, 2018 11:31 pm

Hi All,

I have been playing the classical guitar for more than 30 years.

I have been teaching the classical guitar full time for more than 10 years and currently running 2 teaching studios in Singapore.

Now, my joy is to train and teach more guitarists here.
I have taught many guitarists in Singapore from beginner to diploma levels.

I hold 3 Licentiate Diplomas in Recital/Teaching from UK International examination boards. I am also a member of the incorporated society of musician (ISM) in UK and also a member of Registry of Guitar Tutors (RGT@LCM) in UK.

I play all genre of music, particularly loving the Baroque and Modern works. My favourite composers are Bach, Dowland, Scarlatti, Sor, Guiliani, Tarrega, Torroba, Takemitsu, Brouwer, .....etc and the list goes on to name soon.

Have been spending more hours teaching now than playing. I own 3 Sakurai Kohno guitars, 1 Manuel Contreras, 1 Ibanez, and a few Spanish guitars.

Hope to learn more from everyone here and from the forum.

Thanks.
