Greetings from New Bedford, Massachusetts

Post by novice » Wed Jan 31, 2018 2:56 am

Hello, Community!
I am a middle-aged, middle class guy who thinks about his fingernails WAY too much. When I'm not doing that, working or looking after family, I am likely practicing the following repertoire under the tutelage of the young genius, Jerome Mouffe:
1 Francesco da Milano: Fantasia II
2 Luys Milan: Pavane IV
3 Luys Milan: Pavane VI
4 J.S. Bach: Prelude and Fugue BWV 998
5 Schumann: Der Dichter spricht
6 Villa-Lobos: VII
7 Villa-Lobos: XI
8 Pujol: Guajira
9 Barrios: Limosna por el amor de Dios
10 Turina: Homage to Tarrega
11 Ruiz-Pipo: Cancion y Danza
Peace, and thanks for welcoming me back to the forum.

Hello novice, and welcome (back?) to Delcamp!
That is really awesome that you are working with Jerome Mouffe. :-D
I like his sound very much.
If you have not yet found it, please have a look at our welcome page, and this post by Jean-François Delcamp, our host, which explains his thoughts on the purpose of this site.

It is helpful if members include their location in their Profile. To do this, click on the User Control Panel at the upper left, then the Profile tab, then enter the information. This helps other members know in what time zone you live. :D

Have fun! and welcome to Delcamp forum! :bye:

Hello again,
I have read the welcome page and am familiar with the purposes and etiquette, having been a member a couple years ago. My membership lapsed due to inactivity here. Yes, Maestro Mouffe is a phenom--as well as being one of the most formidable performers on the planet, he is a pedagogical genius and one of the warmest and most generous people I've ever met. I can't believe my good fortune.
Thanks for your service to the community.
