Hello ! Greetings from São Paulo State - Brazil

Post by PLFinoti » Mon Feb 12, 2018 4:59 pm

Hi, My name is Pedro Baldocchi Finoti, I'm 21 and currently study guitar at USP
I've been playing guitar for 4 years, before that I studied Electric Bass and Double bass for 5 years.
My interest in classical guitar came through my grandparents which are fans of the instrument and amateur pianists. they presented me to Julian Bream, and then I found out about Fabio Zanon, Paulo Martelli and so on.
I really like to play Contemporany and Baroque music, but my favourite composers are Mahler, Schoenberg, Wagner, Shostakovich, Xenakis, Penderecki, and alikes. outside the realm of chamber and orchestral music I'm really into Death Metal and Jazz, experimentations and avant-garde stuff, etc
Currently I'm studying La Catedral by Barrios and a couple Scarlatti Sonatas.
Thanks in advance and I really hope to gather as much knowledge as possible from this forum

Hi Pedro,

Welcome to the forum! Please have a look at this page for some useful information to get you started, including links to the rules and helpfiles. You now have access to all members' scores and recordings plus the first 3 levels of the Delcamp score collections. After you have posted 20 messages, you can apply for the 020 group, which will give you access to the remaining levels. Just ask if you have any questions. I look forward to seeing you around!

Best wishes,
Geoff
