Greetings from Denmark

Post by Quintana » Mon Jan 28, 2019 8:09 pm

I have played classical guitar since I was 14 - that's over 50 years! I was taught in Chile by the Chilean guitarist, Arturo Gonzalez Quintana way back, and was at the Guildhall in London for a while - and there was a time when I gave a few recitals. I own a wonderful Ramirez 1A that was selected for me by Narcisso Yepes in 1979, but sadly an accident has left me pretty much unable to play. I have a load of sheet music and that, with the Ramirez, will, I guess, have to go... I still tinker a little but it's not the same. Sic transit!
