Hi all, selling this fine antique guitar as I have way too many guitars....

Action is historical action 3/3mm (the bone was lowered, can be raised), the neck is straight and quite thin, it has no belly.
There is a big repair in a one of the sides,it was carefully repaired, cosmetically perfect (internal work was neatly done too).
It had a couple of cracks on the top, all of them repaired.

It is an outstanding example of the late 1800s early 1900s guitars, having a very nice rosewood and velvet dark rich sound.
Ideal for Tarrega and his contemporaries, all original except the tuners ( was converted from wooden pegs around the 50s, it sports new tuners)

The overall condition of the instrument is very good (and more considering it is near to 120 years old)

It is a good opportunity to get a historical guitar in working conditions (in a reasonable price)

Reduced to 1700€

to the moderators: Please could you edit the main topic

Note: Salvador Ibañez were considered one of the best guitars in the turn of the 1900, even Tarrega and other famous musicians back on the day used them.

This one has my attention, but I think it may be too much hassle to try to get it to the US unfortunately...

Yes the rosewood is the issue (would require an export/import permit...),
Hope some EU based individual goes for it, otherwise I will store it and keep it as investment

There are several little guitars on your photos. I'm looking for that kind of antique spanish guitar, with a scale length shorter than 630 mm, with low action (sorry for my bad english ..) Maybe are you willing to sell one of them ?
