Drozd, Gerard - op.44 Adagio

A Beautiful piece composed by Gerard Drozd.

It is an hommage to J.S. Bach and the piece is dedicated to the guitarist Tilman Hoppstock.

The piece is published by Doberman-Yppan, DO 844.

This is also the first recording with a new mic.

Beautiful. I think I also hear a hint of Gershwin. I have to be careful saying this in public but I appreciate that there are good composers out there, like yourself, who haven't forgotten how to write a melody.... :bravo:

I also like pieces with a melodic line that is more "present". But I also enjoy occasionally modern style as it seems to be more "raw feelings", an image of moment state described with notes and sounds. That kind of music, I like to listen with eyes closed and let my mind and brain decide what the music is invoking.
