Please add me to the student group. I have met the forum requirements and I will advertise the lessons in my youtube posts for the various lessons. I also need access to the D0-D3 scores. I intend to review D03 as I have not stayed current with practice and still need critique in the basics.

Can I still register as a student since the lessons already started a few months back?

Please read the requirements for registration and confirm that you filfil the requirements and
- Are registered on the forum with your real name*.
- How you will advertise the lessons
- You will post the recordings required for at least 7 of the course lessons.

The last lesson in this series will be June and the next series will start in September.
You can still register for this series if you think you can catch up or would enjoy the practice, but you wont be able to take the exam unless you complete 7 lessons.

I think I will register if for nothing else but to get the practice in. I also will be starting some group lessons at a local Community college toward the end of January which may help me along. As an older learner, I am sure I can use all the assist I can get. :)

Let me know if you think this is a good idea to develop some discipline and skill through following both routes before I sign up.
Thanks!
Phil

In the very first post of this section Prof Delcamp says “My aim is to help isolated amateurs who don't have the opportunity to have a teacher.“
We dont enrol folks for the lessons if they have access to a teacher. It can be a disadvantage to try and follow different teaching methods at the same time as each method will introduce techniques at different times and in different ways.
We would recommend following one or the other and giving it your full concentration.
Good luck whichever you chose.

Thanks for your answer.
I will try the group lessons and if it is not to my liking I will enroll in the course.
The site has already been valuable and I look forward to my ongoing participation.
Best!
Phil

Greetings All,

I would like to join the DO1 guitar lessons.
I will post advertisements for the classes at a local bakery and 2 nearby Coffee Shops. I will also post the advertisement at 2 local libraries.
I understand that I must regularly participate in the forum and lessons.

I've read the directions (always in the evening when my brain would like a nap) So, if I've missed something, please yell at me:)
:merci:

Cheers!
Marlene Finch
