Spelling was never my strongest suit... :)

While I agree with you gents that fruitcake and scones go well with a cup of strong tea, the bitterness of 85% chocolate as a counterpoint against the honey in tea is a sublime experience!

I'm not sure this counts as 'brilliant'. If fact it could be argued that it is the exact opposite. But at least it's a quote...
