I was 204 lbs this morning. Would like to get under 200 this year. Daily exercise critical.
Trying to walk/jog 3k in 60 min. on treadmill.
Couldn’t run at all 3 years ago so big progress.
Thank you. I've gotten back into skipping rope with a skip/rest routine and I do 10 reps of 35 skips each for now. It's a good workout.
Weighed in today at 193.2
I'd have probably gotten to 192 or so, but a baby was born (my girlfriend's daughter) and some celebration was in order.
