Jean Luc Picard is back.

Talk about things that are not necessarily related to music or the guitar.

Jean Luc Picard is back.

Post by CarbonElitist » Sat Feb 02, 2019 11:42 pm

I don't know how many trekkies there are in the classical guitar world, but Patrick Stewart recently announced that he is set to take up the role of Jean Luc Picard again in a 14 episode series. I've pretty much been geeking out and rewatching TNG ever since I heard of this. There's a risk that they could tarnish his character, but the fact that Patrick Stewart took up the role once he heard the premise has me pretty excited.

I'm a little bit surprised to hear that, because of his age (he was born in 1940). But, what the heck, the show must go on...

I’m kind of hoping John De Lance will make a return as Q and make fun of him because of his age.

Dont forget that people born now are supposed to live to 200 years old , and Bones would have kept M.Picard in very fine fettle.Oh , am i confusing fiction with fact and Star Trek is not a historical document? [Thanks Galaxy Quest]

Bones??!!! you've got your series confused. Dammit Malc you're a classical guitarist not a memory magician!

Hey, who's to say the timelines won't collide? It's a well-worn Star Trek gimmick.
