What music are you listening to right now?

Talk about things that are not necessarily related to music or the guitar.

Tilman Hoppstock "Baroque Suites for Guitar." Superbly played and recorded. (For some reason, images are not showing up lately.)

The cb, “Accomplice One,” by Tommy Emmanuel. He is accompanied by some good musicians on this one.🙂

Derek Gripper's One Night on Earth. Terrific!
The Sage is occupied with the unspoken
and acts without effort.
Teaching without verbosity,
producing without possessing,
creating without regard to result,
claiming nothing,
the Sage has nothing to lose.

Wilson Pickett, Hey Jude, a benchmark recording from 1968 with Duane Allman playing a memorable guitar solo. The session took place when Duane still was an unknown musician and not the world famous guitar heroe. The Allman brothers as a band did not yet exist by that time.

Another musical highlight of today, Jack: Scarlatti K 87, played by...not me, but Presti/Lagoya. Unmatched musical and technical quality of this difficult piece, which is to my oppinion one of the finest Sonatas Scarlatti has written.
