I just put a set of Galli Genius strings on my Bernabe,, I will have to say I really like these strings. The basses for me were decent.. D adario Pro Arte bass's were just as good.. But the trebles.. Man. They were sweet. They didnt fly away in the upper registers. They carried a good amount of fundamental without being pudgy or crowded... Added separation to my trebles ..I liked em.. They were the ones that were smoke colored. Anyone else use these??

I, too, am new at this site. Just wanted to share with you that I use the Galli basses and love them, but now I use Savarez Alliance trebles. I like them even better than the Pro-Artes, which I have used for years. This combination of Galli basses and Savarez-Alliance trebles really works well for me.
