Barbosa-Lima, Gershwin, Preludes!!??

Does anyone know where i can obtain the gershwin preludes arranged for guitar by Carlos Barbosa-Lima? I have the arrangements from other publishers, but they are not as cool as Barbosa-Lima's. Please, any websites or leads would be ever so appreciated!

They were unfortunately never published because it was hard for CBL to secure publishing rights from the Gershwin estate. - #'s 1 and 2 are for solo guitar - # 3 for guitar duet.

Sharon Isbin recorded the first two on her album NIGHSHADE ROUNDS. The liner notes claim they were arranged by barbosa-lima. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I COULD FIND THESE????? they are so cool.

The Jorge Morel arrangement of the three preludes is available at Guitarnotes online.

though i know that arrangements can often be in different registers of the guitar. i would prefer to have the barbosa-lima...

Many years ago my mother had a boxed set of guitar music on LP from Readers Digest...one of the tracks was Jorge Morel playing the Gershwin prelude no 2...I can still hear it in my head about thirty-five years later. Great performance.

Yes Sharon and CBL are very good friends, they gave concerts and recorded a few albums together.

Carlos gave Sharon his arr.'s to record on her album. Unfortunately as I said in my earlier post they are not officially published.
