I call dibs on the Tacchi when you decide to part with it.
Haha, behind me....
Curses! That Australian time zone is allowing Peter to beat me to the punch. First with the Ambridge, now this. I need a time machine to get ahead of him

I believe that this is the picture of the headstock of the same Ober guitar which I found on the internet. The snakewood veneer is gorgeous and needs to be seen by prospective buyers.

FYI The tuners I believe have been replaced. They are white with white buttons. They are super smooth but not quite as beautiful as the ones shown. Headstock is the smartest though. A very beautiful instrument in every way.

Nice guitar.
I'd buy it if it wasn't maple.
Yes......I'm like that....lol
I don't like the look of maple for back and sides.
These are nice guitars. About the same quality as the Sebastian Stenzel.

This beautiful guitar took a little detour to end up in my possession. It's a fantastic instrument in looks and sound. I rarely played such impressive basses on a guitar. Pitch is between E and F, which gives the guitar a Torres like fundamental sound character. It is transparent and clear but not brittle at all. The trebles have a typical warm maple glow and add a kind sweetness to the notes. It has fast attack and huge projection, more than any Ober guitar I played before. Playability is excellent as always with Fritz' guitars. I couldn't be more happy. Thanks, Jim, for offering this wonderful instrument.

Congratulations to both of you gentlemen. I have the pleasure of knowing each of you and have had the pleasure of playing some of your exquisite guitars. It seems fitting that one of Jim’s guitars ended up in Michael’s hands. Cheers! Jack

Grazie Mille! Next, the three of us need to meet in Florence at Andrea Tacchi’s workshop to enjoy a visit, perhaps an esquisite pranzo prepared by Andrea and then playing his or Giovanni’s latest masterpiece!
