Hello,
I am selling my Phillip Woodfield 2013 Grand Concert II, sprucetop guitar.
It is exactly the same model as played by Scott Tennant, Marcin Dylla, Giulio Tampalini, Kupinski- Duo etc..
I waited 4 years for it, made the trip to Phil’s workshop for the choice of timbers, and payed extra for the African Blackwood.
The guitar is in new condition and has to be played in.
The guitar is loud, very expressive and plays like butter.
I am selling, because I realized that an archedback latticeguitar like my John Price fits better to the guitar-organ duos with my wife.
Phillip didn’t offer an archedback model yet, but will do so in future and put me on his list again.
So another few years to wait.
I am asking 7000 Euros, which is,I think a fair price regarding the waiting time and my expenses.
Photos coming soon.
Greets,
Jowori

Are you in for a trade against a Leszek Gajdzik + Cash?
Thank you.

WOW , what a nice guitar....

Everything looks really, really noble on this instrument.

Never seen such an Rosette before .

Is the fretboard on this guitar only elevated on the treble side ?

..Thank you choro!
the top is domed at the treble side for easier access to higher positions.
This is the special feature of the Grand Concert II model.
The rosette is close to one of Philip's rosettes. I gave him a hard time to do some extra work modifying it to my personal taste.
As much as I know Philip is also an visual artist, but first and foremost a genius in building guitars and all his guitars,
whatever model are masterpieces with a very sensitive appealing sound.

Hi, personally I'd keep the guitar and find a flautist.

Good luck, I've had the pleasure of playing one of of Philip's GC II model and it was spectacular.

Hmmm, finding a flautist and losing the wife is probably not a very good deal!:)

In that case tell the wife to start playing the flute. Actually the Recorder has a better tonal synergy with the Guitar, so it won't cost her as much as buying the flute.

There are hundreds of flutes to her disposal,
convincing me to make her my proposal,
Maybe I should strive,
to keep them both,
the Woodfield and my wife 8)

Thank you,
it's a lattice brace with traditional back.
Scott Tennant's and Giulio Tampalini's videos capture its significant sound the best, in my opinion.
(Probably they'll capture the best sound on any guitar) :)
