Hello Owl,
the most important assessments on your beautiful rendition have been said. The only thing of interest might be that I heard the piece once before live on stage by Segovia, high in his eighties, but thats quite a while back. :?

All the best

I always love coming to this forum to find a new Owl recording, especially Bach. What struck me was how clean the bass notes were played, no squeaks, no scratches. I love it.

That's really something, Norban! I saw him around that time, too. He started a piece that wasn't on the program- and then started over again with the piece that was! He still was brilliant! (Just a bit forgetful  )

Imagine how Owl will be playing once she matures!!!

Dear Owl:

....you know

Duly downloaded, indexed and ready for burning onto my Owl and the Art of the Guitar CD. If they weren't all MP3s, it would probably be a 2- or 3-CD boxed-set by now!

Thanks again!

Thank you Owl for sharing the music. :merci:

It is beautiful, just as the first two were! I'll look forward to the Presto.

Hi Owl,

You've played a very poetic account of this lovely Siciliana movement, wonderful phrasing and beautiful sweet tone.

Many thanks for sharing! :D

:merci: :bravo:

Aryeh
