Thanks for everybody who listened.

That's three people who have ordered from her as a result of this thread - she'll be paying me commission next, lol.

I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for posting this guitar. I also chose to order from her and she has been a really nice person to deal with. I am newly registered member but felt I should say thanks to you.

Hello Allan!

How's your new guitar developing after half a year?
I'm thinking about commissioning a D'Ammassa myself, but I can't really decide to do so. I'm torn between commissioning a guitar and getting a used one for the same price....

Greetings, Güero.

Fabulous - can't recommend it highly enough. I play it every day. I think there is something more special about a guitar that has been made just for you. If you want any more info, give me a pm.

So, I've ordered one. A 7braced fan spruce top. Now I'll have to wait untill april/may ;)
The hunt for a used bargain guitar has finally ended, which is a great relief...

But I have to admit that commissioning a guitar is very much like buying a pig in a poke, but that's part of the game, isn'i it?!

I took the biggest risk for you all, lol!

I think that you can hear the guitar (as much as the internet will show) and you probably trust that I know a reasonable amount about guitar and I can play not too bad...

You will love it, and before long I know she will charge more as her reputation goes up and up, so you did well to buy now.

Thanks, Eddie - but honestly I am still learning, and my teacher still rips my playing apart!

What a lovely person, too.

Sent us this Italian Xmas hamper - I helped her (deservedly) get a few more orders from people on this website and other places.

I don't normally let Hannah anywhere near this guitar, but she got to hold it for the photo.

Ooooooh!! I think an Italian food hamper is the biggest gift one could ever desire!
Seriously, it seems a nice guitar, and you're an interesting player.
Thank you!
