Close-mic Classical guitar recording - recommended CDs please

Post by Dr ToneControl » Thu May 17, 2018 6:34 am

I much prefer to listen to a classical guitar being played a few feet away, not 100 feet away in a concert hall, especially with people coughing on the recording too

Can anyone recommend good CDs of great works played well that are close-mic'd so that I can hear the guitar tones more clearly, like on all modern steel-strung guitar recordings?
