This is one of my recent traditional models. EU sale only

Classical
new
2018
650mm
Nut 51mm
Back and sides IRW
Top Italian Spruce
Neck: carbon reinforced cederela with elevated fingerboard
Tuner Van Gent 310
Fingerboard African ebony
Bracing Hernandez y Aguado traditional
Can be viewed in my workshop in Lisbon

This instrument has all the virtudes of my traditional model: very good sound balance, precise tone with good definition, sofisitcated timber with good volume. If you are looking for an affordable instrument with superior sound caractiristics and good playability, this is a very good choice. This is a recording of a similar instrument, but in cedar. https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=ht ... isual=true

Hi Fred, thank you for your comment. The bridge is Indian rosewood.

I am glad you like it. Francisco Morais Franco is a very gifted player and I am glad that he did the recordings for me. The acustic conditions of the second recording, spruce Scarlatti, are very difrent, and also diffrent strings. This is a recording of the same piece , same player on a 2006 IRW spruce. https://soundcloud.com/user-255370415/2006-spruce-bach

They all sound great! :) Those are some very good sound samples.

Your cedars have a wonderful warmth to them and your spruces have a deeper, darker tone - nothing metallic about them. Maybe it's the way they are being played? But, very nice indeed!
