Michele Della Giustina's website shows only one guitar. It's a very beautiful guitar, but there is very little information about it, or any other models he has made. Your 10-string is so beautiful, Bear, I imagine most luthier would want to show it off.

I've spoken to him (email) a couple of times, he seems to be a very modest man. Chartwell Guitars in the US, had a couple of used 6 string. He has not made many 10 string cgs.
I saw a video a while back of an expo/competition(?) of some sort. There were several guitars (one was his) being played by a notable. I remember that it took place in Europe. I'll try yo find the video.
I believe he has participated in a couple of European competitions. I'm not sure if he restricts his work to commissioned builds.

I did find this-

2013 Jeff Medlin '37 Hauser 640mm sp
2006 Michele Della Giustina Concert 10 string 650mm ce
2005 Jose Ramirez 4E 650mm ce
2005 Manuel Rodriguez Model C3F 650mm sp
2003 Manuel Rodriguez Model D 650mm ce

Some years ago I looked for a guitar with additional strings, without spending a lot of money to find out if I could handle it. So I ordered first a 8-string from China which i disliked, this one I could give back to the dealer. A year later I found another chinese 8-string, this one I liked much more and I played it more than a year. But as this instrument was not in the league of my other guitars I sold this too and I decided to wait until a used better 8-string from a good maker will turn up. After more than two years waiting, I stumbled over an older Paco Marin 10-string with a reasonable price. I decided to give it a chance, and I am very happy with it.

The model number for Bartolex in China was Martinez MCG-80S-10. MCG-80S wasn't a terrible guitar but was considered student level even in China.
They retail for about 8000 CNY, around 1100 USD I think, certainly not many times more of this price although I'm sure retailers got theirs for lower price.
You might think that $2000 for 10 string is a bargain, but 6 string version of MCG-80 just retailed for around 500USD in China, so it is a good deal for 10 string but not a good deal if you think of it as a 500 student guitar slapped with 10 string and sold for 2000 when you can get concert 6 strings for not a lot more.

Burguet makes concert level 1a 10 string, for a little more than 3000 USD, if you are spending 2000-2500 this is what I would look at, you get a much better guitar for not a lot more of money.
