[PDF] Sweelinck, J.P. - Volte

Post by robk » Fri Dec 07, 2018 12:25 pm

For those who want to practice polyphonic playing I offer a not-to-difficult short piece composed by Jan Pietersz. Sweelinck around 1620. I found this piece in a edition of the Vereniging voor Nederlandse Muziekgeschiedenis, where it was printed in a form suitable for keyboard. I made an attempt to rewrite it such that it is suitable for guitar.
Tuning the third string to f# makes it easier to play.
