“Highland Echo” is an exercise in 12th and 7th fret harmonics. The tune is pentatonic and very Scottish inspired (which of course is why it got its name).
There shouldn’t be any musical or technical difficulties here. Let all the harmonics in part A ring for as long as possible and play the whole piece in a calm and quiet mood.
If you want a shorter piece, you can skip the repeat and/or part B. If you want it to last longer, you can repeat the part A at the end.
